Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy explains how Harrison Battery & Tire ("we," "us"), located at 104 Bluebird St, Harrison, AR 72601, handles the information you provide through our website, hbtbuilt.com.

Information we collect

When you request an appointment through our online booking form, we collect only what's needed to schedule your service:

• Your name and phone number
• The service you're requesting and your preferred date and time
• Optionally: vehicle details, mileage, a short message, and an email address for confirmation

We do not collect payment information through the website, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to schedule, confirm, and prepare for your service appointment, and to contact you about that appointment. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

When you provide your mobile number on our booking form, you agree to receive appointment-reminder text messages from Harrison Battery & Tire. Message frequency varies — typically one reminder per scheduled appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Appointment reminders are delivered through our messaging provider (Twilio) and technology partner (LOQAL), who act solely as our service providers to send these messages on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes.

Google Calendar connection

Our booking system can connect to the shop's own Google Calendar so that appointment requests appear automatically for our staff. When the shop owner authorizes this connection through Google:

• The website is permitted to create and manage calendar events on the shop's calendar (Google calendar.events scope) and to read the shop account's email address (to confirm the correct account is connected).
• We only add appointment events; we do not read, modify, export, or share the shop's existing personal calendar entries.

Data retention

Appointment information is kept only as long as needed to provide and record your service. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting the shop.
